Please note Brittany is currently on Maternity leave and will be resuming clinical hours in the near year.

I always knew I wanted to be a physiotherapist. Over the years, I’ve experienced several concussions, sprains, and strains through multiple car accidents, while playing soccer and practising gymnastics. Needless to say, I was a frequent flyer in the rehab clinics.

Surprisingly, I actually looked forward to going to my physiotherapy appointments. I loved learning the science behind my injuries, and I was constantly bombarding my therapists with questions so I could understand more. During that time, I decided that one day, I would be the person that my patients would look forward to seeing. I’d be the one helping them with their injuries and empowering them to achieve their health and wellness goals.

Today, I’m especially passionate about helping weekend warriors, weightlifters and soccer and hockey players with injuries, along with the pre- and postnatal community. With enough family members to fill a small town, I’m surrounded by births, and I have my pulse on the many challenges that new moms struggle with. My passion for supporting expecting and new mothers has driven many of my additional training courses in pregnancy, labour and delivery alongside my pelvic floor physiotherapy training.

Whether my patient is an expecting mother, an athlete, or someone just trying to feel better and achieve their goals, my mission is to be their biggest supporter.

Please note Brittany is currently on Maternity leave and will be resuming clinical hours in the n... Read More

Erica is a recent graduate of the University of Western Ontario’s Master of Physical Therapy Program. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Queen’s University, while concurrently completing the Athletic Therapy Mini-Stream program and the Smith Certificate in Business.

Erica’s decision to choose a career in physiotherapy stems from personal experiences that exposed her to the world of physiotherapy. From a very young age, she played many sports, including Provincial level soccer and Regional level ringette, which often required her to see physiotherapists for a wide range of injuries. In 2017, she endured a major ACL injury and as a result, spent countless hours with physiotherapists and other health professionals who aided in her rehabilitation. As Erica experienced first-hand how her physiotherapy team was able to get her back onto the playing fields, both physically and emotionally, she was inspired to do the same for others.

Erica is excited by the opportunity to help individuals of all ages and abilities, to develop, maintain, or augment their physical function in order to maximize their independence and stimulate health. She is committed to utilizing her knowledge, experience, and continued learning to focus her career on improving the health, physical function, and quality of life of others.

In her spare time, Erica enjoys travelling, playing sports and working out, and spending time with friends and family.
